With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Leone Hoover of Louisville, Ohio, who passed away on April 5, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel F Stout and Marjorie Rhome Stout; her brother Ralph Stout; and her stepsiblings, Lawrence Park and Erma Leonard.
She is survived by: her close friend Diane Kirby of Bowerston; her son Andrew Hoover (Thelma) of Louisville; her granddaughter Jenny Misch (Matt) of Alliance; her great grandchildren, Celina (Corey), Mady and Logan; her great great grandchild Landon; and her siblings, Kay Stiers (John) of Columbus, Rex Stout (Debbie) and Terry Stout (Renee). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
