She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Bland and Irma Bland (Stackhouse); her son Patrick Gotter; her brothers, Virgil and David Bland; and her granddaughter Maddie Gotter.
She is survived by: her husband William L. Gotter; her children, Theresa Gotter (Janet), Larry (Toni), Greg (Kim) and Drew Gotter (Janice); and her grandchildren, Kyle, Brittany, Sara, Sammy, Isaac, Kristina and Shawn. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Stark MRDD or St. Louis Church.
