She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester White and Dana Estelle White (Thompson). She is survived by: her husband Mark Hoover; her children, Debra Blasiman, Mechelle Pugh and Jimmy Rose; her siblings, Barbara Vencill, Pearl Price (Mike) and William White; and her grandchildren, Ryan Blasiman (Justina), Jason Blasiman (Barbara) and Jeremy Rose (Ashley). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
