She was predeceased by: her parents, William Noftsinger and Mary Noftsinger; and her husband Dale Rapp. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Pape (Ken), Michelle Allour, William "BJ" Rapp (Laura) and Tim Rapp (Melissa). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
