He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samblanet and Elizabeth Samblanet (Bresson); and his great-nephew J. Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Lynne K. Samblanet (Horner); his daughter Courtney; his siblings-in-law, RuthAnn Leonard of Upper Arlington and Patrick Higgins (Angie) of Gallion; and his friends, Tom, Linda Cassidy, Gary and Kim Lipely.
