It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Carolyn Pugh of Louisville, Ohio, born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen G. Herman and Bertha Herman. She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her daughters, Chris Leach (Lanse), Kathy Pugh and Julie Miedema (Mark); and her siblings, Julia McCauley, James Herman and Stephen J. Herman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom she loved and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to honor her strong belief in the value of education can be made to the scholarship program at the Julliard Arts Center to fund the Ralph D. and Helen C. Pugh Scholarship.
