Slater (Louisville, Ohio), born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Slater and Mary Slater (Brown); his daughter Alisa D. Hazelbaker; and his brothers, Charles R. Slater and George V. Slater.
He is survived by: his wife Karen M. Slater; his daughters, Stephanie Ross (Dustin) and Janein Casson; his stepdaughter Chastity Martin (Paul); his grandchildren, Isabel, Helen, Ruby, Quentin and Eliza; and his stepgrandchildren, Haley, Becka, William and Deacon Eschman.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, in memory of our family.
