He is survived by: his girlfriend Rebecca Martin of New Castle; his sister Mary; his brother-in-law Gary Crites of Akron; and his children, Michelle Kellis of Jacksonville, Tonya Copley of Tyler, Bud Husted of Ohio, Stephen Chaney of Ohio, David Steele Jr. of Hartville, Anna Stollings of Marlboro, Richard Steele of Hartville, Ashley Steele of Akron and Taylor Steele of Hopedale. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
