He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wilfahrt and Dorothy Wilfahrt (Albrecht). He is survived by: his sister Karen Branch; his wife Amy M Wilfahrt (Evey); his children, Macala Nisly of Canton, Nick Cagle of Louisville and Don Evey of Canton; and his granddaughters, Iris, Athena, Chloe and Zoe. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
