With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Jean Hurley Sparks of Louisville, Ohio, born in Jamestown, Ohio, who passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hurley and Betty Hurley. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Jane Hurley Bledsoe (H. Andrew Bledsoe); her son Curtis John Sparks (Stephanie); her husband John; her son Robert; and her nephew John Andrew Bledsoe (Abby).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in her name at Xenia United Presbyterian Church.
