Howard of Louisville, Ohio, born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Howard and Mary Howard (Adkins); his wife Vickie Howard (Winemiller); and his brother Melvin Howard. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Howard (Chris Jawalka) and Lois Mayle (Clinton); his grandchildren, Christopher Mayle, Marissa Deck (Nick), Jordan Mayle, Nadia Jawalka and Josselin Jawalka; and his siblings, Willie Howard Jr. (Mary), David Howard, Patty Metcalf (Dave), Ernestine Royce, Kathy Peterson and Emma Lucille Croston.
