It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J Meehan of Louisville, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David C Meehan; her daughter Connie Armour (Meehan); and her grandson David F. Meehan II. She is survived by: her children, Karen Minor (David) and David Meehan (Cathy); and her grandchildren, Karla Ramsey (Matthew), Emily Fisher (David), Kristen Greathouse, Michael, Isiah and Nathaniel Meehan. She is also survived by Nine great-grandchildren.
