It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Franks of Loudonville, Ohio, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Franks and Mary Lucille Franks (Shoup); his siblings, Maxine Miller, Cecil Franks, Donald Franks, Cordelia Tate, Richard Franks and Robert Franks; and his daughters, Vicki Jean Weaver and Sherry Lynn Garnes.
He is survived by: his wife Bettye I. Tharp; his siblings, Doris Nickle (Raymond), Gerald Franks (Gloria), Marilyn Sigler, Carolyn Remington (Robert), Larry Franks (Bonnie Vauble), Kenneth Franks (Pat) and Linda Collins (Richard); his parents-in-law, Julia Franks, Don Tate and Judy Franks; and his son-in-law Myron "Duck" Garnes.
