He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Sr. Phillips and Beulah A. Phillips (Wachtel). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte E. McClure Phillips; his son-in-law Jeff Berger of Aurora; his son Kenneth H. Phillips III of Loudonville; his grandchildren, Kenneth Phillips IV, Kyle Phillips, Casey Phillips, Jared Berger, Adam Berger and Paige Berger; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Phillips and Kinsley Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
