He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terri" Paullin; his daughters, Tina Wells (Mark Alt) and Robin Schaffer (Matt); his grandchildren, Josh Wells, Wyatt Alt, Tucker Alt, Isabel Alt, Jonathan Schaffer, Aidan Schaffer and Madelyn Schaffer; his great grandchild Cory Wells; his siblings, Christine Troutman (Johnny), Linda Slates and Michael Paullin (Kathi); and his pets, Benji, George and Gracie.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Loudonville Fire Department at the funeral home.
