He is survived by: his wife Amy Smith; his daughter Kim Smith (Scott); his grandchildren, Madison and Marissa Smith; his siblings, Vanessa McGarity of Sikeston, MO, Janie Forshee (Gary) of Sikeston, MO and William Smith of Sikeston, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Matt Tharp (Beth) and Joy Nixon.
