He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Stephan and LaVerna Stephan; his daughter Deborah Lynne Smith; and his sister Eleanor Losiewicz. He is survived by: his children, Ralph Darren Stephan (Paula), Tami Stanislawski (Stephen) of Vermilion and Terri Stephan of Sandusky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
