He was predeceased by: his parents, James Samual and Myrtle Owens Arms; his wife Sharon Voss Arms; and his brothers, Bobby Joe and Charles Arthur Arms.
He is survived by: his brothers, Walter "Walt" Arms (Jean) of McArthur, Glen Arms of Shelby and John Arms of Gallipolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
