He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Russell and Mabel Williams Russell; and his children, Darla and Jeffrey Walter Russell. He is survived by: his wife Darla Shaffer; his children, Elizabeth Russell (Danny) of Circleville, Richard M. Russell, Jr. (Rhonda) of Ray, Terry Russell (Kathy) of Londonderry, Debbie Russell (Tony Neil) of Springfield, Donnie Humphrey of Columbus and Tina Wagner of Columbus; and his sisters, Beverly Arnette of South Bloomfield and Dory Burris of Stoutsville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests, memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home, 121 W. 2nd St. Chillicothe, OH 45601.
