It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Mitchell Jr. of Londonderry, Ohio, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Mitchell and Charlotte Skiver Mitchell; and his son-in-law Jason Valentine. He is survived by: his wife Karen Mitchell (Detty); his daughters, Miria Ford (Leland) of Edinboro, PA and Tiffany Valentine-Lowman (Rufus) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Lane, Shamus "Spanky", Evelyn "Izzy" Ford, Tori B., Savana and J. T. Valentine; his siblings, Judy Adams, Marty Mitchell (Ellie) and Wesley Mitchell; his half-sister Lindsay Mitchell; and his close friends, Jim and Becky Gilliam of Londonderry.
