She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Minnix and Minnie Hurles Minnix; her husband Donald E. Wade; and her siblings, Mabel Parker, Ruth Cairns, Elmy Estep, Mildred Johnson, Earl, Edsel and Beryl Minnix.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Wade (Robin) of Chillicothe and Mike Wade of Londonderry; her grandsons, Nathan and Adam Wade; and her brother-in-law Sammy Johnson of Stockdale.
