It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Kinzer of Londonderry, Ohio, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob VanGundy and Garnett VanGundy (Leeth); her husband Franklin D. Kinzer; and her siblings, Ancell VanGundy (Betty), Donald VanGundy, Roger VanGundy, Mary Shipley (Roy), Betty Knisley (Lester) and Sharon Hutchinson (Carl).
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Armstrong (Sam) of Chillicothe, Elissa Riddle, Buzz Kinzer (Franklin) and Terry Kinzer (Glenda); her grandchildren, Chad Roll (Melissa) of Chillicothe, Jason Kinzer of Chillicothe, Stephanie Wallingford (Steve) of Chillicothe, Terra Kinzer of Chillicothe, Hannah Dunn (Gene) of Chillicothe, Kelsey Kinzer of Chillicothe, Columbus of Chillicothe, Sierra Armstrong of Chillicothe and Jacob Armstrong of Chillicothe; her great grandchildren, Zyrick Evans, Malik Diack, Jace Kinzer, Alyiah Diack and Audrey Abram; and her close friend Brenda Johnson Entler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Her family would like to give special thank you's to the following: Mark and Sheila Gray for visiting and singing for Frances and the residents of Signature; to the staff of Signature: Tammy, Linda and Jenny Vickers; due to COVID-19, Jenny made a terrible time easier; and to Heartland Hospice for their compassion and care.
