He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory W. Carper and Ruth Carper (Thomas); and his brothers, Howard Carper, Russell "Skip" Carper and Lee Carper.
He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Carper (Kellough); his children, Christopher Carper (Zach) of Hamilton, Jeffery Carper of Circleville and Sandra Seitz of Circleville; his grandchild Jordan Carper; and his siblings, Frank "Hank" Carper (Carol) of Kingston and Ruth Ellen Platt (Raymond) of Kingston.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Emory's honor to the Ross County Humane Society.
