She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Geneva Louise Clayton Ahart; her close friend Marv Jacobs; her husband Rodney C. Blair; and her daughter Amanda D. Blair.
She is survived by: her son Jason T. Blair (Carrie) of Belpre; her grandchildren, Adrienne, Kelsey, Dillon and Madison Blair; her great grandchild Luca Mae Blair; her siblings, Jan Deem of Boaz, Sue Adams of Parkersburg and Charles Ahart Jr. of Belpre; and her close friends, Jack, Raye Stone and Gini.
