With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Ratliff (Little Hocking, Ohio), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on January 25, 2019 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Ratliff to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard V. McCoy (Mac) and Geraldine G. Stevens McCoy (Gerry); and her brother Steven McCoy. She is survived by: her children, Christina Simmons (Rick) of Parkersburg, Carla of Mineral Wells, Dennis (Donna) of Madison Heights, VA, Donald of Belpre and Jeffery of Little Hocking; her grandchildren, Justin, Ruth Ann, Amy, Zachary, Christopher and Stephanie; and her siblings, Bernita Werner of Belpre, Alice Shanks (Dick) of Coolville and Ron McCoy (Diane) of Belpre. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law nieces, nephews, and some special friends.
