She is survived by: her spouse Lindsey Gamble III; her sons, Shane Kelly of Delphos, OH, Austin Kelly of Findlay, OH and Ryan Kelly of Lima, OH; and her brothers, John Lewis (Hagit) of Los Altos, CA and James Lewis (Gigi) of Round Rock, TX.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
