He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell W. Reynolds and Ruth Ann Reynolds (Wectcha); his wife Janice K. Reynolds (Howell); the mother of his child Zach; his former wife Judy Reynolds Gephart (Armstrong); and his sisters, Shirley Thomas, Judith Saffle and Phyllis Logan.
He is survived by: his nephews, Paul J. Saffle, Jr. of Lima and Mike Thomas of Lima; his children, Zach Reynolds of Lima, Tommy Lee Howell III (Deb Cipollone) of St. Marys, Eric Howell of Lima, Lonnell Saunders of Delphos and Norman Howell (Brenda) of Lima; and his grandchildren, Nicole Scott (Kevin Briem), Travis Howell, Nathan Howell (Crystal), Karena Sheets, Tosha Howell, Madison Schiele, Clinton Howell (Cayla Moon), Aaron Saunders and Alex Schiele. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
