He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tullis and Hazel Tullis (Sampson). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Tullis (Shellenbarger); his children, Ron Lee Tullis (Jessica), Kris Tullis, Kelli Tullis Wealleans of Findlay and Debbie Arnett of Wapakoneta; his brothers, Roger Tullis and Jim Tullis (Sharon); his grandsons, Avery, Caleb, Landon and Hayden; his great grandchildren, Athena and Aviana; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Shellenbarger of Delphos, Dale Shellenbarger of Florida and Wilma Richardson of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
