He was predeceased by: his father Paul Barker. He is survived by: his wife Sharon M. Rogge (Johnson); his son Ryan Rogge; his stepsons, James Wicker and Mike Hoskins (Amanda); his grandchildren, Landan, Camden, Brady, Amelia, Aiden, Karlie, Leo, Reese, Kaitlyn, Ethan and Noah; his brother Richard Rogge (Leda); and his cousins, Alan Radabaugh, Kathy Green and Bonnie Runyan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America or Tunnels To Towers.
