He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Danny Phillips (Jan Martz) and Phyllis'Jeanni'Hines Ellison; his siblings, Vicki Baker (Gary) of Elida, OH, Danny Phillips (Candy) of Frisco, TX, Mike Phillips (Heather) of Harrod, OH, Patti Baucom (Randy) of Lima, OH, Julie Davis of Corona, CA and Jennifer Johnson (Darrell) of Lima, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Chrissy Roof (Ryan), Jenny Moses (Jimmy), Lindsey Phillips, Jarrod Phillips (Victoria), Jurnie Williams (Ishmael), Jordan Johnson, Justyce Johnson, Matt Phillips, Savannah Johnson, Sheridan Phillips, Jordan Ivy, Derick Ivy and Ryan Ivy.
