She is survived by: her parents, Dale A. Burgess and Kari L. Burgess (Wolfe); her sons, Dante, Drayden and Drake Arrick of Lima; her brothers, Zakary Burgess of Columbus and Ian Burgess (Carissa) of Lima; and her grandmother Ruth JoAnn Burgess of Lima.
