It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Jo Cain of Lima, Ohio, born in Urbana, Illinois, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Cain (Clifton); and her daughter Susan Harvey-Cook. She is survived by: her father James Cain; her sons, William Adams of Champaign, IL, Michael Adams (Kathy) of Rantoul, IL and Mathew Adams of Lima, OH; and her brother Charles Cain (Kay) of Rantoul, IL.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Charles Catholic Church.

“In loving memory of Nancy Jo Cain, May your heart and soul find peace and comfort. Nancy Jo was my friend, a true soul mate and spiritual companion. My sympathy to all her family, friends and associates. I will not be able to travel to be at the funeral. However. in Assumption Parish Belmont Michigan at the same time as mass, I will be joined by new friends here to commemorate her life mission, service to the Little Potion community, Springview manor and St. Charles church as a sacristan.”
