She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fred and Pearl L. Shrider (Burkholder); and her siblings, James Shrider, Michael Shrider, George Fred Shrider III and Karen Trevino of Lima.
She is survived by: her husband Robert L. French; her children, Cynthia Smith, Mark Smith, Marcia Barnett (Michael), Tracy Rhoades (Dawn) of Lima and Joshua French (Brooke) of Spencerville; and her brother Donald Shrider of Lima. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
In honor of Myra, preferred memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
