He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Foster (Jodie) of Lima, OH. and Shane Foster of Lima, OH.; and his siblings, Robert D. Goins (Gwennetta) of Lima, OH., Melvin J. Goins (Jessie) of Lima, OH., Ronald Fails (Carol) of Lima, OH., Joyce D. Goins of Lima, OH, Carolyn A. Austin of Lima, OH, Sandra F. Fails of Lima, OH and Rosalyn Waddell (Kevin) of Columbus, OH.. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
