Perez of Lima and Jacob M. Perez of Lima; her grandchildren, Kenneth, Selena, Griffon, William, Jazmine and Marley; and her siblings, Lynn (Sally Werling) and Teresa (Sean Silver). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
