She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clara, James Gillispie and Ellen Parker; her aunt Melody Eley; her uncles, James "Jamie" Gillispie II and Robert "Robbie" Gillispie; and her close friend Duane "Wezzel" Hower.
She is survived by: her parents, Allen Mathews and Rebecca Mathews (Gillispie); her daughter Katie Mariotti; her significant other Josh Sirch; her siblings, Shannon Eley and Shawn Eley; her aunt Cindy Nolte; and her cousins, Megan McDonald, Charlie McDonald, Samantha Nolte and Kyle Nolte. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) or to the family.
