He is survived by: his wife Karen Donley (Meihls) of Lima, OH; his children, Jeffrey "Jeff" Donley, Jr. (Candy) of Lima, OH and Jody Webb (Bradley) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Kylie Donley of Lima, OH, Makayla Donley (Jordan Greeley) of Lima, OH, Jeffrey Donley, III of Lima, OH, Madison Donley of Lima, OH, Sidney Hemmer of Lima, OH, Cameron Hemmer of Lima, OH, Lucas Webb of Lima, OH and Katelyn Webb of Lima, OH; his great grandchildren, Lylah Patterson and Remington Weigt of Lima, OH; his siblings, Stanley "Stan" Donley (Janel) of Fort Jennings, OH and Melanie Neal (Harold) of Lima, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Belinda Donley and Kathy Donley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
