She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Dorley and Marie Dorley (Connaughton); her husband Richard J. Holtz; her son Gregory G. Holtz; and her siblings, Mary A. Eshman, Raymond B. Dorley, Patrick K. Dorley, Paul D. Dorley and Donald Dorley.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen R. Holtz of Ottawa, Elaine Marie Hutchings (James Dollens) of Hiawassee, GA, Paula K. Lash of Lima, David M. Holtz (Gretine) of Federal Way, WA, Donald M. Holtz of Macon, GA and Margaret Ann Routhieaux (late Daniel) of Lima; and her sisters-in-law, Claudia Holtz of Toledo and Roseann Jackson of Lima.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The ARC of Allen County.
