He is survived by: his father Walter Booth; his sisters, Barbara Booth of Lima and Lynda Hammill (Tom) of Lima; his nephew David Walter Booth Jr. (Caryn) of Lima; and his great-nephews, Shawn Walter Booth of Lima and Dylan Lee Booth of Lima.
