With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Dennis Oglesbee Sr. (Lima, Ohio), who passed away on November 29, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Wesley and Thelma Oglesbee, Sr. (Richey); and his siblings, John W. Oglesbee, Milton W. Oglesbee, Jr., Ronald C. Oglesbee, Phillip L. Oglesbee, Doris C. Downton and Janice M. Richey.

He is survived by: his children, James D. Oglesbee, Jr. (Karen S.) of Lima, OH., Patrick L. Oglesbee (Juanita) of Lima, OH. and Michelle R. Oglesbee of Columbus, OH.; and his siblings, Paula Rowe of Lima, OH and Robert Oglesbee of Los Lumas, NM.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
