She is survived by: her children, Tim D. Horner of Lima, Keith W. Horner (Jennie) of Wapakoneta, Charles F. Horner (Lana) of Columbus, David N. Horner (Debra) of Wapakoneta, Diane D. Koenig (Scott) of Lima and Linda J. Hoersten (Mark) of Lima; her grandson Timothy Charles'T. C.' Horner (Jenna) of Columbus; her children, Zachery Horner (Kevin) of Columbus, Matt Horner (Courtney) of Lima, Jeff Horner (Jill) of Pandora, Samantha Koenig (Colin Stolly) of Lima, Hailey Koenig of Columbus, Kelly Jo Koenig of Lima, Emma Horner of Wapakoneta, Denni Grace Horner of Wapakoneta, Louis Hoersten of Lima, Joey Hoersten of Lima and Mary Hoersten of Lima; her great grandchildren, Hadley Horner, Grayson Horner, Brady Horner and Vivian Horner; and her siblings, Ralph Miller of Kalida, Dolly Mesker of Delphos, Donna Schlagbaum (Bill), Doc Miller (Dorothy) of Spencerville, Virgil Miller of Ottoville and Arthur Miller (Trish) of Spencerville.
