He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Steiner and Doris Steiner Sr. (Stemen); his wife Janice L. Steiner (Redmond); and his siblings, Samuel Steiner, John Steiner and Phyllis Vadeboncoeur.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Rynearson (Robert) and Sheila Looser (Craig); and his grandchildren, Derek Rynearson (Connie), Dustin Rynearson, Tiffany Pereira (Herbert), Bradley Looser (Kelly) and Cody Looser (Emily). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elida Immanuel Church or Our Daily Bread.
