She was predeceased by: her parents, Oakford Morris and Anna Mae Morris (Carrington); and her children, Elmer Eugene Cook and Carolyn Cook Patrick. She is survived by: her son Troy M. Cook, Jr. of Lima; her daughter-in-law Kay Cook of Columbus; her siblings, Elmer D. Morris, Allien Cannon, Dorothy White, Mary Cook, Lucille Harris, Doris Williams and Hazel Irene Williamson; and her pet Tari. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
