He is survived by: his children, Mary Hurst of Saint Petersburg, Florida and Dewey Hurst Jr. of Toledo; the mother of his children Irene Hurst of Toledo, OH; his grandchildren, Jason Slasinski Jr. (Amy) of St. Petersburg, Joshua Hurst of Toledo and Autumn Hurst of Toledo; his great grandchildren, Eric of Toldeo, Ohio., Bobby of Toldeo, Ohio. and Aaliyah of Toldeo, Ohio.; and his siblings, Huey Hurst (Toni) of Toledo, Haggard Hurst of Wharton, Steve Hurst (Peggy) of Temperance, Ron Hurst of Toledo, OH, Helen Norton (Rick) of Sidney and Lorraine Bayse (Rocky) of Sidney.
