She was predeceased by: her grandmother Loretta Michaels. She is survived by: her children, Za'Niyah McCullough of Lima, Zander McCullough of Lima, Za'Raeh Shepard of Lima and Zy'Meir Shepard of Wapak; her siblings, Dylan, Ezekiel Shepard of Lima, Holly Ann Lee of Toledo and Diamond Burien of Morristown, NJ; her grandparents, Brenda, Ken Shevokas of Harrod, Dennis and Mary Newsome of Wauseon; and her uncle Tony Shepard. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles & cousins.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to assist with the children.
