He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Sullivan (Hawk) and Regis Sullivan, Sr.; and his mother-in-law LaRue Sisak. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sullivan (Sisak); his brothers, Regis Jr. Sullivan (Penny) and Craig Sullivan (Debbe); his father-in-law Nicholas Sisak; his brother-in-law Jeff Sisak (Janet); his children, Grant Sullivan (Maralee), Annie Stehli (Martin) and Brendan Sullivan (Alicia); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Paige, Sawyer, Louis, Benjamin, Roger, Aiden, Gavin, Mya, Roman, Noah and Judah. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and his much-loved cousins.
