He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Lape of Ohio City, Jana Lowe (Ronald) of Van Wert and Michelle Dowdley of Lima; his granddaughter Nichole Antus (Edward Ward) of Lima, OH.; his brother Donald Lape (Diane); and his sister-in-law Linda Lape. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
