With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Lotz of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Truesdale and Hattie "Ruth" Truesdale (Phillips); her husband Eugene E. Lotz Jr.; her brothers, Bob Truesdale and Bill Truesdale; and her grandson Christopher M. Lotz.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony "Tony" Lotz (Sheila) of Lima, Dominic Lotz of Boise, ID and Tammy C. Blake (Tony) of Harrod; her grandchildren, Nathan Lotz, Amanda Zwiebel (Taylor), Megan Delgado and Beau Blake; her granddaughter-in-law Ashley Marie; her great grandchildren, Archer, Leon Blake and Isla Delgado; her brothers, John Truesdale (Karen), Al Truesdale (Belinda) and Perry Truesdale (Carolyn); and her siblings-in-law, Rita Truesdale and Jack Lotz (Mary).
