She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond C. Woodruff and Grace M. Woodruff (Lamb); her son Duane E. Phillips; and her siblings, Kaaren F. Musgrave and Steven R. Woodruff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane M. Rhoden, Christy E. McIntosh (Dean Hoover) and Michele C. Young (Dennis); her sisters, Patricia A. Clark, Lynn S. Inmon and Alice Barber (Kevin); her grandchildren, James R. Rhoden, Parker Miller, Zane Morton, Tyler Morton, Nicholas Young and Eric Young; and her aunt Mildred Titus. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Barbara fought Parkinson Disease for over 6 years.
