He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Neal and Viola Neal; and his brother James Neal. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his daughter Carianne Zomonski (Derek); his brothers, Donald Neal (Betty), Delmont Neal (Patty) and Lee Neal (Patty); his sister-in-law Sue Neal; his sister Ruby Tye; and his grandchildren, Chloe Zomonski and Maddie Zomonski.
